Miss Pellin's Post
February 27th to March 3rd

The students took matter into their own hands when the scientists from High Tough High Tech visited our class this past Tuesday. In a program called Matter Matters©, the scientists helped the students discover all states of matter including gas, liquid, solid, and even plasma. In the pictures above students watched the transformation of solid to gas happen right before the students' eyes - sublimation!

I have enjoyed hearing everyone's Culture Day Presentations! We will have the remainder of the presentations on Tuesday!

Friday, March 3rd is an early dismissal day.

The Twenty-sixth Week at School:

Science: We will continue the study of space in chapter 10. Students will learn about the phases of the moon in lesson 2!
