September 6th - September 12th

It was great to meet each of you at curriculum night. Everyone had a great week in class. I have been very pleased with the effort!

This week we will have not have school on Monday, September 6th due to Labor Day. I hope you have a great Labor Day weekend! Classes resume on Tuesday, September 7th.

Here is some information about the policy for late homework:
Third grade will begin using late slips for homework that is not complete or handed in at the time it is due. Each student will receive 3 "breaks" for Trimester 1. On the fourth time homework is incomplete, one point in the appropriate subject will be taken away from their homework bank. You will notice that each subject has a "homework bank" comprised of 5 points. Late slips will be sent home with students for a parent signature. These are due back the very next school day with the completed homework assignment. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

The password is ccsd66. Make sure to select the state, district (Center Cass 66), and school (Prairieview) as well.
